Posty Terms of Service

Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Posty (operated by Nuralingua, "we", "us", "our"), a social media scheduling application accessible at posty.nuralingua.com. By creating an account or connecting any social media account (including a YouTube channel) to Posty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Posty.
Description of Service
Posty allows you to schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social media accounts, including YouTube. To provide this service, Posty requests permission via OAuth to access and manage your connected accounts on your behalf.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Posty. By using Posty you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you act.
Your Account
You are responsible for: keeping your Posty login credentials secure, all activity that occurs under your account, the content you upload through Posty, and ensuring you have rights to publish that content on the platforms you have connected. You must not share your account credentials, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Connected Accounts and YouTube Content
When you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize Posty to upload, modify, and publish videos and metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) on that channel according to the schedules and posts you configure. You retain all ownership rights to your videos and content. You can revoke our access at any time from your Posty dashboard or via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Posty to upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, contains malware, violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or is intended to spam, deceive, or impersonate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Posty available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled posts depend on third-party APIs (Google, YouTube, etc.) over which we have no control. We are not liable for failed posts caused by upstream outages, API quota limits, expired tokens, or platform policy changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Posty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Posty will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuralingua and Posty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Posty. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your Posty dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, OAuth tokens are revoked and your data is deleted within 30 days.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Posty after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
